If you've found your way onto our website, then welcome! We are independent music journalists dedicated to covering and supporting independent musicians around the world with articles and music reviews.

Founded in 2023 following a successful run of podcast episodes, IAAS Music was born to give indie artists the support that is typically only available for those backed by larger teams. Now, you can get long form reviews and feedback from a team of indie music experts to post alongside your own press releases. With a diverse group of writers, we are able to cover all genres - as well as look at attending concerts and festivals too.

How do I get my music featured?

Submitting to IAAS Music is very easy. All you have to do is submit your music here. Fill in the form, and it's as easy as that! Our team of writers will listen to your submission, and if they feel inspired, will select it to be covered on the website.

Will my music DEFINITELY be reviewed?

Unfortunately not. There's a few reasons why:

  • We will only post reviews of indie artists that are positive.
  • We get more reviews than possible for us to write/release.
  • At least one of our submissions is Taylor Swift song, with the vocals replaced by AI speaking. Some things just won't justify a review!!
  • We are humans, into different genres and styles of music. There's a chance, despite our diverse team, that your music is amazing - it's just falling through the cracks between our musical tastes!

Can I pay to guarantee a review or jump the queue?

In a way, yes! We offer two monthly subscriptions on the website (we're trying to keep the lights on, and honestly, quitting our day jobs to review music all week long would be a dream come true...)
We offer two memberships on the site, a Gold Membership - which removes the adverts, as well as offering a discount on merch. Or, we have the SuperGold Membership - which essentially means your submission automatically stays at the top of our list, and will get priority on review. If appropriate to do so, it will be published. But fear not, if we feel the review would skew too far on the negative/constructive side, we would email you with detailed feedback on what you can do to make it better. The payments are monthly, and can be cancelled anytime!
